On Thursday, April 18, 2024 an issue was detected that is currently preventing the Empower® software from loading on Accent® devices. Our team quickly identified the issue and has worked diligently to resolve it so that our customers’ voices can be restored.
For detailed instructions on how to fix your device, please follow the appropriate link below that best fits the serial number of your device. Serial numbers can be found on the back of your device.
