AAC 101: Using Early Language Development to Guide AAC Intervention

Course Requirements

Windows: Internet Explorer 7 or later, Google Chrome, Firefox 1.5 or later, Safari 3 or later.

Macintosh: Firefox 1.5 or later, Safari 3 or later.

In this 60 minute recorded class participants will learn how to:

  • Talk about differences between speech, language and communication
  • Describe vocabulary, syntax, morphology, and pragmatics
  • Apply knowledge of typical language development to AAC intervention
