PRC provides robust language systems that are appropriate for those with advanced language or can be simplified to meet the needs of beginning communicators. In this two-hour class participants will learn about the Unity^®/LAMP Words for Life^® language systems as well as how to program and customize. The first segment of the class will review the guiding principles of these language systems and provide hands-on practice finding vocabulary. The second segment will cover customizing and simplifying the vocabulary. Hands-on practice is encouraged throughout the class, so come prepared to learn and practice. 

Please note, this class is intended for those who are using either Unity or LAMP Words for Life on an Accent^® product. This class is not for those using the LAMP Words for Life app on an iPad.

Participants will be able to:

1. List the 4 guiding principles of Unity/LAMP Words for Life
2. Find and say single words and short phrases in Unity/LAMP Words for Life
3. Add vocabulary to either language system
